Johnson/Evinrude, Mercury/Mariner, & Force Powerheads

We carry powerheads for every outboard parts company, including Johnson, Evinrude, Mercury, Mariner, Chrysler, and Force.  All new powerheads include brand new factory OEM blocks, crankshafts, etc. and all powerheads use upgraded Wiseco pistons.

Remanufactured powerheads are built to OEM guidelines, while new units are an updated design.

All the remanufactured powerheads have new wear parts, pistons, bearings and gaskets, tight tolerances and run-tested reliability, go through a maticulous inspection, and come with a 12-month warranty.

 

All Remanufactured Sterndrives have:

  • All new wear parts, tight tolerances and run-tested reliability
  • Critical, visual, and magnaflux inspection of internal and bearing surfaces.
  • Replacement of marine parts, including blocks, crank shafts and rods not meeting manufacturer standards.
  • New pistons, bearings and gaskets.
  • 12-month warranty.
  • Installation gasket set and a prepaid return shipping label.
